Shipping & Returns
When you finalise your order, you’ll be charged for an estimated delivery rate. Depending on your exact address, there may be a need to top up or refund your delivery charges. Should the actual delivery charges exceed the estimated rate, we email an invoice (inclusive of the extra charges only) to you. If the estimated delivery rate exceed the actual rate, we will issue a refund for the extra costs you've paid.
We work our socks off to try to meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. We will keep you updated as much as we can and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress.
We currently offer shipping to varies parts of the world. A shipping estimate can be generated at the Cart Page by clicking the 'estimate shipping' link. Select your country from the dropdown menu to view the estimate for shipping the items in your cart. If you do not see your country in the list, please write in to us and we'd be happy to provide you with one.
Unfortunately, we can't offer any returns or refunds for the products sold on our website. Once an item is sold, the artist will be paid a commissioned rate and thus it will not be possible for us to receive any returns or refunds. Should you face any issues with this, e.g. damaged parcels or defective items, please inform us immediately and we'll see what we can do. Please note that even though we try our best to avoid any damaged parcels or lost items, things happen and we apologise that we are not able offer any full compensation. In the case that such cases arise, do contact us immediately and we see what we can do to resolve the matter.
